How do I make a payment online?
Payments can be made online through the link in your emailed invoice.How do I request service?
Fill out the form located under the ‘Get Service’ tab. A bill calculator is provided to give you an idea of what your final payment will be with sales tax and any additional services. Once the form is submitted, we will verify your service area and email you an invoice, which can be paid online by Credit/Debit card or ACH, or by mail with check or money order. Autopay can be set up by calling our office after you receive your first invoice. You will receive a second email following the invoice which will confirm the details of your service, including your weekly service day. If you do not see this email within 10 minutes of receiving your invoice, please check your Junk / Spam folder.When should I put out my cans?
Because we start collecting early in the morning, you should put your can out by 6:00AM, and if possible the night before your pickup day.Can you come back to my address if I forgot to put my trash out on time?
If your can was out too late for service, please contact support@trashpandawm.com to see if an additional pickup can be scheduled for your address. An additional charge will be assessed.Do I have to have my trash in a can to be picked up?
Our basic plans include once-weekly pickup of a 96 gallon can, which is roughly 8 -10 household sized bags. Trash must fit inside the can, with the lid closed. We will also pick up broken down boxes that may be too large to fit in the can. Large boxes must be flattened and cut into sections no larger than 3' x 3'. If your weekly needs exceed this, you may add an extra can to your account for $20/mo by calling our office or emailing support@TrashPandaWM.com. Unscheduled overflow trash is billed at a rate of $10 per can.Do I have to bag all my trash?
Bagging of household trash is strongly encouraged, but not required. Yard waste and cat litter must be bagged.How do I schedule an extra pickup?

Construction debris including, but not limited to: Rock / Concrete, Dirt, Large metal or Fence wire, Drywall, Ash, Flooring. (We can collect these items, but they must be seperate from household trash. These items may incur an additional bulk charge, please contact us for your specific needs) NOT ACCEPTED: Medical Waste from health care facilities , Paint, Chemicals, Explosives, Lead, Hazardous/Toxic Waste, Liquid waste, Grease or grit trap waste, Septic tank pumpings, Discarded material containing asbestos, Slaughter house waste, and Other waste classified as special waste by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).Do you pick up on holidays?
Trash Panda may observe New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your pickup day falls on one of these holidays, your service may run the following business day.
